1. Any offer made by Uthentic VOF is non-binding and may be revoked at any time prior to acceptance by the User.

2. An agreement between Uthentic VOF and the User is established when the User accepts an offer from Uthentic VOF in writing or electronically, and Uthentic VOF confirms this acceptance.

3. Uthentic VOF reserves the right to refuse any order or request without providing reasons.

4. Any additions or changes to the agreement are only valid if agreed upon in writing by both parties.

5. The User is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Uthentic VOF is accurate and complete. Uthentic VOF is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.

These terms govern the formation of agreements and the conditions under which offers are made and accepted.

1. Uthentic VOF will make every effort to perform the services to the best of its ability, exercising due care and professionalism.

2. All services provided by Uthentic VOF are based on a best-effort obligation, unless a specific result has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Uthentic VOF reserves the right to engage third parties in the performance of its services. The applicability of Articles 7:404, 7:407(2), and 7:409 of the Dutch Civil Code is expressly excluded.

4. The User shall provide Uthentic VOF in a timely manner with all data or information that is useful and necessary for the proper execution of the agreement and shall give full cooperation.

5. If the information required for the execution of the agreement is not provided to Uthentic VOF in time, Uthentic VOF has the right to suspend the execution of the agreement and/or to charge the User for the additional costs resulting from the delay.

6. Uthentic VOF is not liable for damages, of any nature, resulting from Uthentic VOF’s reliance on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the User, unless Uthentic VOF should have been aware of the incorrectness or incompleteness of the information.

These provisions govern the responsibilities and expectations related to the performance of services by Uthentic VOF.

1. All invoices from Uthentic VOF must be paid by the User within the specified period, as stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. If the User fails to pay an invoice on time, the User is legally in default without the need for further notice. From that moment, the User owes the statutory interest on the outstanding amount.

3. If the User remains in default of payment after a reminder or notice of default, Uthentic VOF may hand over the claim, in which case the User will also be obliged to pay the full extrajudicial and judicial collection costs, including all costs charged by external experts, in addition to the total amount due.

4. Any objections to the amount of an invoice do not suspend the payment obligation.

5. If the User is in default, Uthentic VOF is entitled to suspend its obligations under the agreement or to dissolve the agreement entirely.

1. The User may cancel an agreement with Uthentic VOF in writing, subject to the terms and conditions stated in the agreement.

2. If the User cancels the agreement, the User is obligated to pay any costs incurred by Uthentic VOF up to the date of cancellation, as well as any additional costs and losses resulting from the cancellation.

3. Uthentic VOF reserves the right to cancel the agreement with the User at any time, with immediate effect, if the User fails to comply with their obligations under the agreement or these Terms of Use, without being liable for any compensation to the User.

4. In the event of cancellation by Uthentic VOF, any advance payments made by the User will be refunded, minus any costs incurred and services provided up to the date of cancellation.

1. Uthentic VOF is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

2. Uthentic VOF is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.

3. Uthentic VOF is not liable for any damages resulting from third-party services or products that are used in connection with or provided through the Site.

4. Uthentic VOF’s total liability, in all cases and regardless of the nature of the claim, will not exceed the amount paid by the User to Uthentic VOF for the service that gave rise to the liability.

5. The limitations of liability mentioned in this article do not apply if the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Uthentic VOF.

6. Any claim for damages against Uthentic VOF must be submitted in writing within one month after the User becomes aware of the damage, failing which the right to compensation will lapse.
